SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
All items typically ship within 24 hours of order placement. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your item has shipped. Please note tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update and show any movement/activity.
ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES
All sales are final. This means we do not make exchanges for size/fit, preference, or any other reason, other than if a product is damaged or defective.
Please note: We do not give refunds if you have simply changed your mind
If you receive a damaged or defective item, if an exact replacement is not available it will be replaced with SIMILAR item in working/perfect condition. You may NOT return an item for a refund unless specifically authorized.
An authorized returned item will be refunded the PURCHASE PRICE, less a 20% restocking fee – no shipping charges will be refunded. An authorized return MUST include a transaction ID number and an RMA number issued by an authorized representative. Items returned without authorization will be shipped back to you and NO REFUND will be issued.
Return shipping will be at your cost.
After thirty days from date of sale, no refunds or exchanges will be made for any products with the exception of electronics.
For electronics, this period will be sixty days from date of sale.
